Brussels, Nov. 29. \n agreement has been concluded betweeifthe Belgian and German Governments whereby Germany has undertaken to redeem within twenty years German notes to the value ot 6000 million marks issued during the Geiman occupation, which the Belgian Government has withdrawn from circulation.
