(Received Oct. 15, 11.20 p.m.) Allahabad, Oct. 15. In consequence of the attack of the Waziris during the Afghan war, it has been decided to send a punitive expedition against Waziristan. The operations will mark a new departure in frontier operations, as instead of fighting with infantry, cavalry, and artillery," it is intended to punish th© Waziris by an intensive bombing by aeroplanes, a number of which are already concentrated on the frontier. If the experiment is successful it may prove the solution of all frontier problems. An official announcement will shortly be issued.
