NEW YORK HARBOUR STRIKE.

(Received Orb 16. 0.30 a.m.) New York, Oct. 10. The- workers on tugs, ferries, and lio-htors rated to return to work, iney wTll receive a nine per rent wages increase. A considerate number or longshoremen have also returned to work, and it is expected that the strike will be entirely settled shortly.
