HUNGARY'S BREACH OF THE ARMISTICE.
ALLIED OCCUPATION TO CONTINUE.

Paris, July 27. A Supreme Council communique states:—The Allies are anxious for peace with Hungary, but cannot attempt it until Hungary possesses a representative Government. Bela Kun' administration does not fulfil this condition. It has broken the armistice, and is actually attacking an Allied Power.- Therefore foreign occupation of Hungary will continue until the armistice is complied with.
,The Supreme Council is considering military experts' proposals to help Roumania against the Bolsheviki. It is reported that the Roumanian army is badly organised. Budapest advices state that the Soviet is trying to sell the celebrated Tefan crown, and is asking a hundred thousand francs.
