SATURDAY'S MATCH. The fourth round for the Encountei Shield was played on Saturday, and brought out a big field, of competitors. The weather'was ideal for golf, and the course is at present in first-class condition Richmond (scr.) and McKillop (10) tied for first place with. 77's. Richmond's score of 77 from the scratch, mark was an excellent performance, being O ne undei the bogey for the course; his card reading 4, 5, 5, 3, 3, 5, 5, 3, 5, going out 38 (one over bogey), and coming home 3, 4, 3, 6, 4, 5, 4, 5, 5 39 (two under bogey). In the B grade the best card handed in was Wicks's, with a net 81. The following cards were put in :•—
