SUBMARINE PIRATES.
GERMAN COMMANDERS ARRESTED.

London, May 9. The captain of a German submarine interned in Spain was arrested at Falrnouth en route to Germany and sent to the Tower of London. . It is believed that he sank hospital ships. ' ■- Another submarine commander is already there. It is understood that these and other arrests are in connection with the peace terms, demanding the trial of those guilty of war crimes.
