Tokio, May 9. A Japanese correspondent at Omsk reports that the Reds are retreating. The Soviet commissaries are deserting. Chinese, Lettish, and Magyar mercenaries are resisting desperately; but the other forces are melting away. A Bolshevist collapse is foreshadowed. Koltchak expects to reach Moscow in three months.
