INCITING SAILORS TO MUTINY.

Yates, a conscientious objector, was fined £50 at Liverpool, or two months' imprisonment, for distributing leaflets addressed to British sailors, inciting them to revolution.
The police found in Yates' house literature by Lenin and Trotzky.
