The monthly mating of the Upper Moutere Board ..Board was held on April 28th, the following member's heing present: Messrs. A. and D. Bensemann. James Harvey, and C. Eggers. Mr. A. A memo. was. read from the secretary of the Upper Moutere Peace Celebration Committee, apologising for not having notified the Board of the receipt of the Board's offer, and asking the Board to join in with the Peace Celebration Committee. Another memo, was read from the above committee, stating that the. committee had' decided to continue its work, and trustetf that the^Board /would see its way to join with the committee in making the celebration a success.—Resolved, that the chairman interview Mr. Whiter secretary of .the Peace Celebration Committee, regarding the celebration.
