Wellington, April 29. An elderly woman named Mrs Margaret Reid- was knocked down by a motor car in John street at 7 o'clock , last evening. She was admitted to the Hospital in an unconscious state, and did not recover consciousness, dying four 'hours later. The motor was driven by E.
