RUSSIAN AGENTS BUSY.

(Received April 13, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 7. Berlin reports estimate that there are three million unemployed in Germany. A quarter of a million miners are on strike in the Ruhr district.

Meeting* of Bolshevists are occurring daily in various parts of Germany. Russian agents cross the frontiers unimpeded, and procure passports at ELonigsberg enabling bhem to travel throughout Germany.

, Yon Gwinner, director of the Deutsche Bank, interviewed by the "Daily Chronicle's" Berlin correspondent, quoted German banks' transactions in "European capitals on the eve of the war, showing that German financiers were not prepared and were not consulted regarding the war, which.lie described as madness. Yon Gwinner advocated postponement for five years of payment of a money indemnity. Then a commission should ascertain what Germany was able to pay. The Wurtemburg Government announces that the general strike suddenly collapsed.
