London, April 3. Sir Edmund Allenby reports that, the new Ministry, which was well received, ■was.formed on April 9th under Russdy Pasha.
The provinces are now quiet, but there have'been some demonstrations among the peasantry, while anti-Ar-menian disturbances by roughs occurred in parts of Cairo' on April 9th.
