London, April 11. The report of the Government war •insurance scheme, including aircraft bombardment, shows that the total premiums received were £197,787,800. The losses $aid were £171,462,800. Of the balance, part belongs to the' Belgian, French and Italian Governments, leaving seventeen millions to the credit -' of the British Government.
