HUNGARY'S FEAR OF ROUMANIA.
THE COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT.

. London, April 9. Count Karolyi's handing over of the Government to the Communists was dictated by national sentiment, and was intended to check Roumanians supposed annexationist ambitions,- which Hungary fears the Entente will sanction.
The new Hungarian Government relies on the support of Budapest and the larger towns. The peasants, who1 are 80 per cent o£: the population, are apathetic.
