BUDAPEST LOOTERS EXECUTED.
ULTIMATUM TO CZECHO-SLAVIA

New York, April 1. A despatch, from Budapest states that the Soviet regime executed 150 persons convicted of looting. A telegram from Basle reports that the Hungarian Government sent an ultimatum to Czecho-Slavia because the latter mobilised troops against the Hungarian Soviet.
A United Press message from Budapest states that a Hungarian steamer is being prepared to take Allied and neutral citizens who wish to leave Budapest to Belgrade.
