New York, March 31. The "New York Herald/ in a leader, says the American objection to the racial equality amendment in ,the League of Nations Covenant is precisely the same as the Australians'. Mr ITuohes' views on this question are exactly in accord ''with thoso of some of the strongest opponents of the equality clause in the United States.'. British correspondents' messages, almost for the first time, are being censored.
