'tt V-, ttt Wellington, April 11. Hezekiah Walter James Turner fruit imyker aged 33 was shot dead at the .Midland Billiard Saloon, Manners street at t o'clock last night. Deceased and two other men w*nt into .the lavatory and one of the three produced a loaded revolver, which, all three examined. Suddenly the weapon went oft and the bullet entered the upper portion of Turner's right cheek and entered the bram. Death was instantaneous.
iurner's companions immediately left the premises, but one soon returned and from him the police obtained the above particulars. Deceased, leaves a widow and one
