(Received April 8, 10.'5 p.m.) New York, March 27. , A United Press, message from Budapest states that the Hungarian Soviet coup occurred "without disorder or bloodshed. Amicable relations with the Allied officials continue, and the Allied troops have full liberty. Everything is socialised, from the army to baths. Conscription is abolished and tribunals supplant the courts. Industries are ordered to continue at work. Titles are abolished, and the Stock Exchange is closed. The United Press agency at Berne learns that a Bolshevist uprising in Austria and Czecho-Slavia is imminent. Any move in these countries against the Hungarian Soviet Government is expected to precipitate class warfare.
