Air H. J. Lowe, formerly chief draughtsman at Auckland, has arrived m Blenheim and. taken up the position of Commissioner of Crown Lands for Marlborough. Mr H. D. McKellar, whom Mr Lowe replaces, has entered on his duties as Commissioner of Crown Lands at Nelson. Mr J D Uioirison, formerly Chief Draughtsman at Bienheim will take up the same position m the Nelson office. Mr H. Maitland 3 who was district surveyor at Nelson, becomes Chief Draughtsman at Blenheim.; Mr A. J. Wicks, who was a member of the staff at Blenheim for several years,, has already joined theNelson staff as transfer draughtsman.
