DAIRY FACTORY BURNED.
HEAVY LOSSES FEARED.

rm. i> , Woodville, April 7. lhe Papatawa cheese factory was totally destroyed by fire early on Sunday morning, the factory was well equipped, costing about £2000 when erected. Over one hundred crates of cheese, worth between £700 and £800, were destroyed. The insurances were £800 on the building, £230 on the plant, £400 on the stock of cheese, and £300 on the manufacturing stock, a total of £2230. The company are' considerable losers. The whole insurance was with the Farmers' Mutual Insurance Company.
