Capetown, April 4. A Maritzburg message states that there is active Bolshevist propaganda in Natal. Maritzburg is flooded-with leaflets headed "The Bolshevists are coming," and calling on the workers, black and white, to get ready for a world-wide republic. -,■,-. One arrest has been made under the Public Welfare Act.
