The Hungarian revolutionary authorities issued a decree that illegitimate children shall have equal rights with legitimates. Two people living together for a year shall be regarded as lawfully married. Husbands and wives living apart will foe permitted to enter a new marriage, cancelling the former obligation.
The Red Ai;my receives full rations, the lower and middle classes half, and the bourgeoisie a most meagre fraction.
