CHICAGO AND PROHIBITION.
A DEBATED MESSAGE.

. Sydney, April 6. Reuters Agency expresses the opinipn that the Chicago prohibition, message is in no way ambiguous. It refers purely to the prohibition vote taken in conjunction with the city municipal elections, as distinct from the previous State vote. Considering the population a, quarter of a million majority is reasonably probable.
