The preliminaries will bo finally settled in a few days, and it is expec/ced tnat the Germans will bo irivitod to attend at Versailles within a fortnight. The Conference vail apparently settle the question of the occupation of the left bank of tho Rhine. Probable 200,000 Fronch and Belgians will undertake'the occupation- under the control of the League of Nations. If. is believed that out of the total fiirman indemnity Franco will receive ..To per cent.
