GUARANTEES AND REPARATION

Paris, April 4. Mr Lioyd George, in an interview, -declared that rumours were erroneous that he was opposed to France's demauct for guarantees and the left bank 1 of the Rhine. Britain wanted France to enjoy complete security. Britain was willing to repeat her sacrifices if required for France's peace and independence. ]\Jr Lloyd George added that Britain was in full accord with B'rance's desire for the fullest reparation from Germany Britain would present a bill to Germany, who had got to find a way of meeting it.- ■ ■■.'.'-. .;'■■.
