BRITAIN'S GREATEST DIPLOMATIC VICTORY.

Senator Borah, speaking in the Senate, said the League of Nations was the biggest triumph for British diplpmacy for the past 300 years Britain and her Dominions were able to outvote the United States in everything they wished, even to the extent ot upsetting the Monroe Doctrine.
