DIVORCE CASE.

DunetJin, Feb. 19. In the Supreme Court to-day., Mary Jane Moody, who was acquitted in November last on a charge of attempting to murder her husband, Benjamin William James Moody, sought a dissolution of her marriage, on the ground of misconduct. A-decree nisi was granted.
