INTERVENTION NECESSARY

Stockholm, Jan. 1. Herr Branting's paper, the "Social Democrat," advises intervention against Bolshevism in Russia, because of^ the almost total stoppage of industrial and agricultural activity, condemning the Russian people to starvation and death. The present regime no longer represents any vital revolutionary forces, but is supported only by bayonets.
