It is premature to assume that the Dominions' claim with regard to indemnities and the German colonies has yet been absolutely settled by the War Cabinet.

The Dominion Premiers have prepared lists of the Dominions' war costs. They will be given an opportunity of presenting the lists at the Peace Conference, and requesting indemnification as small nations who backed Britain.
