MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

J The eleventh annual meeting of | shareholders in the Golden Bay Cement ' Works, Ltd., was held a.t Wellington on .Tuesday. Mr George Wilson presided, land apologised for the absence of the chairman of directors, Captain, C :M'Arthur, who is at present on a visit to Australia.
