SEAFARERS' WAR RISK BONUS.

WeSimgtcn, Oct. 11. Following on tha lines of the Commonwealth Shipping Board, New Zealand shipowners, at the request of the Seamen's Union, have agreed to grant, as from October Ist, a war risk bonus to sailors, firemen, and trimmers in the case of vessels trading in certain areas abroad.
