Washington, Sept. .23. i Cae'eho-Slovaks, Jugo-Slavs and, Poles held a conference here, and agreed o» behalf of tho oppressed nations of Austria-Hungary to submit to President' Wilson a plan whereby a new central body may be <- formed*for the protection of the, interests-of these nationalities against th© FurtHorance ~of tEe German aims. The immediate object is to suppress German-propaganda in the TJnite"«l States ' aiming art" the ' creation of a. ■ spKfc amongst the Poles.
