New York, Sept. 22. air Dosch Fleurot cables from Stockholm that scores of Russians.have been' arrested at Moscow because they attempted to visit the United States Consulate, by agents of an extraordinary; commission against the counter-revolu-1 tion. These innocent prisoners are held. as'hostages, and will probably.be shot by order of the Bolsheviki.
