Therefore the ! workers must be directly represented in | the delegations formulating the peace j treaty. The American mission declared! There must- be |no political or economic- restrictions [ meant to benefit, some nations and j cripple or embarrass others. Thero need be no vindictive indemnities or reprisals,, but thero mu,st be indemnx- : ties to right manifest wrongs. There 1 must be recognition of the rights of j small nations, but no territorial changes or adjustments except in furtherance of the welfare'of the people affected and lin furtherance of world peace.
