' The Ciiief Justice formally entered judgment for the defendants in the Court of Appeal cas-p. of Samnel Edward Fitzgerald, a ship's' stewavd, versus Colonel Clarence Reginald Mac-Donald and others. _ In this ease it was alleged that •there had been an improperly constituted court-martial.. -No costs wore allowed.
