BY GERMANY

(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association)

New York, Sept. 16,

Bolsheviki documents were obtained by Mr Edgar Sisson, the Committee of Public Information's special representative in Russia in the winter of 1917 anrl 1918, which further prove that German army men were used by the Bolshevik! as directors of their foreign, military and domestic affairs.

One of the documents, which^is a photograph of the original, is a report to the Bolsheviki leaders by subordinates, saying that the order of tho German Imperial Bank, allowing money to Comrades Lenin and Trotzky and others for peace propaganda in Russia, had been removed from the archives of the Russian Ministry of Justice to conceal the transaction. At the same time certain books in the Stockholm Bank were "audited" to conceal the payment of money to Lenin, Trotzky and others by order of the Imperial Ban\k.

Another document shows certain incriminating German circulars proving that Germany was preparing for the war in June, 1914. These were returned to the German authorities with the consent of the Bolsheviki.

Another document is an orcTer from the German General Staff to the High Sea Fleet, dated November ,^ 1914 } ordering the mobilisation-of all destructive agents and observer's-in the United States aud recommending the xise of anarchists and escaped criminals to cause explosions, delays, embroilments, and strikes.
