The German, newspapers dissociate Germany from Austria's actions. They consider the Note will merely strengthen the pacifists among the Central peoples. They anticipate the Entente's rejection, which will be further proofthat the1 enemy are responsible for the prolongation .ofthe .war.
'The "North:'Ger'nian Gazette states that -the German Government is ready gladly and witfiWt delay to participate in the discussion's suggested by Aus-tria-Hiyigary. .
The Banish newspapers do not believo that th,e> manifesto improves pcaco prospects. ,
