The United Press Vladivostok correspondent states that according to information reaching the Japanese military authorities the Czechoslovaks control the railway from Olovyanna to Penjjj, which are more than LSOO miles apart. The situation gives the Allies an opportunity to move more into the heart of Russia from strategic points held by the Czeeho-Slovaks.
