Dunedin, Sept. 4. In the Police Court to-day, Daniel Christopher Flanagan, and John Francis Flanagan were charged with harbouring and concealing then- brother, Edward Joseph Flanagan, a deserter from the Expeditionary Force. The accused, who reserved their defence, were committed for trial.
