Presiding at a dinner in London on the occasion of tlio conclusion of the '.Allied Maritime Transport Council, Lord Robert Cecil strongly -.appealed for common Allied control of all Allied resources, ' ■which he declared would make the economic power of the* Allies Overwhelming.
