I

In chambers yesterday, on the application of Mr. W. V. Rout, probate of the will of John Wallace Baigerit. late of Nelson, was granted to Lewis Edward Henry Baigent and Edgar Oliver Baigent, trie executors named in the will.

On the application of Mr E. B. Moore, His Honour, granted probate of the will and codicil of Joseph Price, late of Belgrove, farmer, to Thomas Alfred Price and Edward Ohloris Pi'ice. the executors named in the will.

On the motion of Mr J. Glasgow, pro*! bates were granted as follows: —In the estate to Mary Dorothea G.Grimmett, to T. R. J.
