The "Nieuwe Courant" characterises the Government's action as a Humiliating capitulation.
The correspondent adds that tre foreign Minister stated that Parliament had not received the Allies' reply. Despite this a rumour is persistent in financial and shipping circles that a frest! crisis has arisen. There are also complications with Germany, g,s an order has been issued prohibiting Netherlands inland waterway shipping going to Germany and Belgium, and the German Government refuses .permission for Dutcfr canal boats'now' iri.(?6rmany and Belgium to return to Holland. *
