(To the Editor of" "The Colonist."), Sir,—-Since the automatic light was placed in Nelson Lighthouse no official look-out has been kept over the waters at tins end of the bay. This is a serious state of affairs which should-be remedied as. speedily as possible, as recent happenings clearly indicate.
