An Allied Labour war aims memorandum will shortly be forwarded to enemy Socialists through neutral channels under tie pilotago of Herr Brant-1 ing. He is organising a committee of neutral Socialists to participate in a demonstration. If a corgress is convened to be held in Stockholm or Switzerland it will not assemble before two or three months.

Allied Labourites refuse to meet the German Majority Socialists unless passports are granted to the Minority Socialists.
