A German official message says:— "The Fourth Esthonian Regiment placed itself urder our command to clear tie country of marauding bands. We captured 2000 machine guiis and 50,000 rifles at Minsk."

A Russian official message says:— Zatonsky, president of the peace delegation of the People's Republic of Ukrainia, sent a message to the Central Powers' and to the president of the Russian peace delegation at Brest Litovsk, asking them to facilitate the jou.rney of the delegation from Kieff to Brest 'Litovsk to sign the peace concluded with tte former Kieff Rada.
