Sir Douglasl Haig reports:— The lostile artillery is active in the Arras and Ypres regions.

Our aeroplanes yesterday dropped four hundred bombs on Roulers and Menin and the aerodromes near Tour.nai.-

They fired several thousand rounds at etemy troops. Air fighting was continuous all day.

We last night dropped 6£ tons of bombs on billets, railway stations and trains and two night flying aerodromes near Ghent and Tournai.

All our machines returned
