News from Germany indicates considerable Socialist opposition to the Chancellor's statement on war aims. In consequence of political disturbances public meetings have been prohibited. The Austriau Premier's speech was sent to President Wilson before its delivery. In a statement to the Delegations, Count Czernin admitted that there were fundamental differences between Austria's and Germany's aim?. German sympathiser have commenced' a campaign of tire raising in the United States.
