{Received Jan. 27, 0.0 p.m.) London, Jan. 25. In the House of Commons Mr T. E. Wing suggested tlrat experienced commercial travellers should be appointed ] commercial attaches at British Embassies. Sir A. H. Steel Maitland replied that the Select. Committee was considering appointments1 in British Embassies anu legations on the commercial side of tho diplomatic and consular service.
