Petrograet, Jan. 25. General Hoffmann brutally expressed Germany?s terms of peace at Brest Litovsk, stating that Germany's future eastern frontier wo\.ld be from Riga, through Valk, Dvinsk and Brest.

A Russian delegate asked what would happen if Russia refused.

Hoffmann replied that, Reval woujd b& occupied within a week.

Hoffmann added that the southern boiindai'ies had been arranged between Germany and the Ukraine. It appears tfcat Germany promised the Ukraine liberal Ixmndaries at the expense of Russia. Peace is conditional on the Ukraine supplying breadstuffs to Germany. . A soldier named Buskoff and two sailors named Rasine and Koulik'bvsky have been arrested in connection with the murders of MM. Shihgarieff and Koko-shkin.
