Many trains full of soldiers from Finland are going to Petrograd. The Bolsheviki are concentrating troops, expecting disturbances as the result of the recent brutal murders.
The head of the Bolsheviki Ctancellor's office told the Workmen's and Soldiers' Council that a jjreat massacre was impending in which the working classes would definitely and for ever crush the Bourgeoisie.
There is considerable fighting in Finland between the Red Guards and the Finnish White Guards. Bloodshed occurred at Viborg, Kuchava, and Oeiterbotten.
The Red Guards' excesses continue at Helsingfors and other towns.
